Description of the field of scientific research:

Liudmyla is researching the development of methodology for ensuring the sustainable development of tourism, strategic environmental assessment of tourism development programs and detailed territory plans for prospective hotels' locations and tourist complexes. She analyzes the assessment of the environmental impacts of recreational and tourist and resort complexes. She also studies the development of measures (technical, practical, economic, nature protection, etc.) to solve the environmental problems of tourist complexes.

List of duties:

Liudmyla works on the editorial board of the scientific and information magazine "Ecological Safety and balanced resource use". She also manages the project "Valorization of cultural and historical heritage through developing and promoting the Carpathian cultural route".

Professional experience:

From 2015 to 2022, Liudmyla worked as a member of the Civic Council at the Tourism Department of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration. From 2016 to 2022, she was also a member of the Scientific Council of the Carpathian National Natural Park member.

Since 2019, Liudmyla has been an expert for the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, and since 2020, she has been an expert for the National Research Fund of Ukraine. From 2021 to 2023, she was also the head of the project "Valorization of cultural and historical heritage through developing and promoting the Carpathian cultural route."
