Description of the field of scientific research:

Lesia’s research interests encompass game theory, conflict-controlled processes, pursuit differential games, decision theory, and artificial intelligence systems and methods. A particular focus of her work is differential-difference pursuit games.

List of duties:

Lesia is an Associate Professor and Leading Researcher at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She combines teaching with research in game theory, differential games, and artificial intelligence and participates in both international and national research projects.

Professional experience:

1998–2005 — Researcher at the V. M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

2005–2024 — Associate Professor at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.

2024–2025 — Deputy Director of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Problems of the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Since 2025 — Associate Professor and Leading Researcher at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
