Description of the field of scientific research:

Nanophysics and nanotechnology; thermal and sorption properties of solids and nanostructures (physics of quantum macroscopic phenomena, low-temperature precision dilatometry; thermal expansion of superconducting magnets); structural studies of the latest nanostructured materials and composites based on them; kinetics of gas saturation of nanosystems; creation of nanocomposites with improved performance characteristics.

List of duties:

Senior Research Scientist at the Department of Thermal Properties and Structure of Solids and Nanosystems at the B.Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. She works in the field of studying the thermal and sorption properties of the latest nanostructured materials, such as fullerite, carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide and composites based on them. She investigates the influence of physical and technological conditions on their properties and develops physical principles and technologies for creating nanocomposites with improved mechanical characteristics, when the introduction of carbon nanosystems significantly changes the physical and operational qualities of the material.

Professional experience:

From 2012 to 2015, she was a postgraduate student majoring in low-temperature physics at the B. Verkin Institute of Low Temperatures of the NAS of Ukraine. From 2015 to 2017, she was a junior researcher at the Verkin Institute of Low Temperatures of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Since 2016, she has been a Candidate in Physical and Mathematical Sciences, specialty 01.04.09 “Low-Temperature Physics,” B. Verkin Institute of Low Temperatures of the NAS of Ukraine. From 2017 to 2023, she worked as a researcher at the same university.

Since 2023, she has worked as a Senior Research Scientist at the B.I. Verkin Institute of Low Temperatures of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In addition, she is a member of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists at the B.I. Verkin Institute of Low Temperatures of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and also participates in the organization of the annual international scientific conference “Condensed Matter & Low-Temperature Physics.”

She also participates in international scientific associations, including OPTICA (formerly OSA) and the International Society for Optics and Photonics. She is a member of the COST Action CA20130 Euro-MIC - Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion working group within the COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) organization.

She also manages the development of LabsArena.com, an online platform for scientists to find, purchase, or share scientific equipment. The platform facilitates access to the necessary equipment for research, which is especially important in the context of limited resources of scientists during the war and helps establish and expand scientific cooperation in Ukraine and abroad.
