Nina researches sustainable development at the macro level, particularly the sustainable development of regions and communities. These factors determine sustainable growth and policies to promote sustainable development, sustainable consumption and environmentally conscious consumer behavior, in particular, the motivation of ecologically conscious consumption, as well as business analytics for the sustainable development of higher education institutions.
Nina is the head of the Scientific Center for Analytics and Business Modeling of Sustainable Development and a professor at the Department of Marketing and Business Management of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Nina is professionally active in the following areas: teaching such disciplines as management, logistics, management of scientific projects, reengineering of business processes; analytical work: (sustainable development, environmentally conscious consumer behavior, business analytics for the sustainable development of higher education institutions); increasing women's economic opportunities.
In 2007, Nina received a position at the Department of Marketing and business management of the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy."
From 2008 to 2015, she worked in the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Economic Policy.
From 2017 to 2020, she worked on the "Doctrine of Balanced Development of Ukraine 2030" project.
From 2019 to 2020, Nina held the position of the head of the sectoral expert council in the field of knowledge 28 "Public management and administration" of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education.
During 2015-2021, she was an expert on the expert council of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine on issues of examining dissertation works on public administration.
In 2021, she led the Center for Analytics and Business Modeling of Sustainable Development of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy National University.
From 2022, she will be a visiting researcher at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences (Austria), the Viadrina European University (Germany), and the Matej Bell University in Banska Bystrica (Slovakia).
