Nataliia’s research interests encompass climate-smart agriculture, minimum tillage and no-till technologies, cover crops, and the use of chemical inducers to improve crop productivity. She also applies remote sensing methods and studies sustainable irrigation, soil fertility preservation, and soil health under changing climatic conditions.

Nataliia is a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Water Problems and Land Reclamation. Her work focuses on climate-smart agricultural technologies and on assessing how different soil tillage practices affect soil properties and crop productivity. She also has experience in research project management and scientific evaluation and is involved in science policy, public speaking, and project management.
