Description of the field of scientific research:

History of the Ukrainian language, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, cultural studies, methods of learning and teaching foreign languages, teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language.

List of duties:

A Ph.D. student at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is working on her dissertation “Linguistic means of expressing comics in the Ukrainian literary language.” From 2021 to 2023, she had experience teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language at the University of Washington (Seattle, USA) under the Fulbright program.

Currently, she works at the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation from English at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where she teaches the Practical English Course. She also works at the private school “Nasha Shkola,” where she teaches Ukrainian to high school students.

Professional experience:

From 2017 to 2021, she worked as a Ukrainian language and literature teacher at the educational company ZNOUA.

From 2018 to 2021, she was a senior researcher at the National Museum of Literature of Ukraine.

2022-2023, she taught Ukrainian as a foreign language at the University of Washington (USA).

From October to December 2023, she was a teacher-lecturer of Ukrainian literature at the All-Ukrainian Online School.

From 2023 to 2024, she worked as a Ukrainian language and literature teacher at the Novopecherska School.

She has been an assistant at the Department of Translation Theory and Practice at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv since 2024.
