Description of the field of scientific research:
Iaroslav's research interests encompass the synthesis of new oxide scintillation materials and the improvement of existing ones. He specialises in oxide single-crystal growth and the development of crystal-growth technologies for obtaining materials with tailored functional and scintillation properties.
List of duties:
Iaroslav is Deputy Head of the Crystal Growth Technology Department at the Institute for Scintillation Materials of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. His work focuses on the development and optimisation of oxide scintillation crystal growth technologies, coordination of research activities, and participation in scientific projects. He also has experience in project management, grant writing, and peer review for international scientific journals.
