She is interested in technologies, methods, and tools for processing, storing, and accessing Big Data, Cloud and Smart computing technologies, and architectural solutions in distributed systems.

Larysa is a professor of information and communication technologies and systems, currently working on a project at the Dresden University of Technology.

Professional experience:

Since 1981, Larysa has been working at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute as a senior researcher, associate professor, professor, head of the department and professor.

In addition, Larysa is a member of two specialized academic councils for the Ph.D. and doctoral degrees award, a member of the editorial board of two scientific professional publications, and a reviewer at the publishing house. She is also a member of the IEEE BlackSeaCom Conference Steering Committee and has been a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for many years.
