Description of the field of scientific research:
Viktoriya’s research interests encompass public administration, European integration, social entrepreneurship, and youth policy. A particular focus of her research is the development of mechanisms for state regulation of innovative social entrepreneurship in Ukraine, including the impact of Ukraine’s European integration policy on social entrepreneurship and the development of human capital for implementing innovation policy.
List of duties:
Viktoriya is Acting Head of the Department of European Integration Policy at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She is responsible for developing the department and implementing two Master’s programmes, supervises PhD students, and combines teaching with research and project management. She is also completing her doctoral dissertation on mechanisms of state regulation of innovative social entrepreneurship development in Ukraine.
