Viktoriya’s research interests encompass public administration, European integration, social entrepreneurship, and youth policy.

Viktoriya Gura is Head of the Department of European Integration Policy at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation, “Mechanisms of State Regulation of the Innovative Development of Social Entrepreneurship in Ukraine” (specialty 25.00.02 – Mechanisms of Public Administration).
Viktoriya is also involved in the development of the department, the implementation of two master’s programs, and the supervision of PhD students.
