Olena specializes in social and pedagogical work with vulnerable populations, information and psychological warfare, and information and psychological resistance organizations. She also trains future social workers/social educators.

List of duties:

Olena is the university's rector, organizer of educational, scientific, and international activities, chairman of the specialized academic council to defend doctoral dissertations in pedagogical sciences and supervisor of doctoral and doctoral dissertations.

Professional experience:

Olena is the Rector of the University, Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy, and a member of the editorial board of scientific professional journals in pedagogy and social work. In addition, Olena is a reviewer and opponent of dissertations and an expert on the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.
