Description of the field of scientific research:

Maksym is interested in non-destructive testing, sustainable development, standard development and oil and gas engineering. He also conducts research in renewable energy and energy efficiency.

List of duties:

Maksym researches issues in the field of energy and technological security. He is also Vice-Rector for International Relations and Strategic Development.

Professional experience:

In 2019-2021, Maksym was the coordinator of the project "Cross-border Network of Energy Efficient Universities (NET4SENERGY)", the Cross-border Cooperation Program of the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020.

In 2020-2021, he coordinated the Energy Security Project supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

In 2020-2021, Maksym was the team leader of the project "H2 - testing the compatibility of hydrogen-gas mixtures with Ukrainian gas networks".

In 2020-2022, Maxim was the team leader of the "Romania-Ukraine Partnership for Climate Change Mitigation" project of the Romania-Ukraine Cross-Border Cooperation.
