Description of the field of scientific research:

Vladyslav’s research interests encompass the optical properties of semiconductor crystals, optical spectroscopy of organic compounds, and spectroscopic studies of viruses and their components.

List of duties:

Vladyslav teaches various sections of the general physics course as well as specialised courses in optical spectroscopy, quantum electronics, optical radiation detectors and sources, LED radiation sources, solar cells, and the physical principles of information recording and reading. He also develops teaching materials and delivers popular science lectures in physics for school students.

Professional experience:

1994–1999 — Engineer and Junior Researcher, Research Laboratory “Spectroscopy of Condensed Matter”, Faculty of Physics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Since 2000 — Assistant Lecturer and later Associate Professor, Faculty of Physics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

2018–2019 — Expert reviewer of physics textbook projects for grades 10–11 at standard level, commissioned by the Institute for Modernisation of the Content of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

2020–2025 — Expert reviewer of scientific and technical projects and project reports commissioned by the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information.
