Revenue management in the hotel business, management under conditions of uncertainty, economic and mathematical methods of modeling and forecasting hotel revenues.
She studies the issue of income of hospitality companies in times of crisis and uncertainty. Establishes connections for joint classes for university students in English with foreign partners.
Since 2015, she has been an associate professor at the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Previously, from 2013 to 2015, she worked as an associate professor at the Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Business at the same university. From 2007 to 2013, she worked as an assistant, senior lecturer, and associate professor at the Department of Management at Lutsk State Technical University. From 2005 to 2007, she was a graduate student at Lutsk State Technical University.
In addition, from 2002 to 2005, she was an expert of the State Education Quality Service of Ukraine on accreditation examination of educational and professional programs of professional higher education, and from 2021 to the present, she has been an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance on accreditation of educational programs.
