Description of the field of scientific research:

The Cornaceae family in Ukraine; exotic fruit crops; biodiversity conservation; development of cosmetics based on nanocomposites with the addition of plant materials.

List of duties:

Associate Professor of the Department of Biology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University. She teaches disciplines in the department's profile for first-, second-, and third-level students. She is interested in the study of plant organisms – from morphology and systematics to physiology, biochemistry and biotechnology. She supervises students' research in these fields and actively cooperates with scientists from leading institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

Professional experience:

From 1993 to 1996, she was a postgraduate student at the Department of Botany and a lecturer at the Department of Botany at the National Pedagogical Drahomanov University.

From 1997 to 2016, she was an assistant, senior lecturer, and associate professor at the Department of Botany.

From 2016 to the present, she has been an Associate Professor of Biology and curator of the Educational and Research Laboratory of Physiology, Biochemistry, and Plant Ecology at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Natural Sciences, National Pedagogical Drahomanov University.

In addition, since 2001, she has been a member of the Ukrainian Botanical Society, since 2023, a member of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Vavilov Ukrainian Society of Geneticists and Breeders” since 2024, a member of the international network Agrobiodiversity for Improving the Nutrition, Health, Quality and the working group on environmental expert assessment of materials submitted for registration of pesticides and agrochemicals at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
