Myroslava studies linguistic analysis of the language of a universal women's magazine, justification of differential features of mass media content, media text, and media genre, establishing the hierarchy and features of media genres of journalistic, official-business advertising, and aesthetic sub-contents of a women's magazine.
Myroslava is the Head of the Department of Applied Linguistics at the National University "Odesa Law Academy".
Since 1997, Myroslava has been working as a senior lecturer. Since 2003, she has been an associate professor at the Department of Legal Psychology and Journalism at the Odesa National Law Academy. Since 2013, she has been the Head of the Department of Applied Linguistics at the National University “Odesa Law Academy.”
Myroslava defended her Ph.D. thesis “The Concepts of Truth/Falsehood in the Ukrainian Literary Language: Semantic and Stylistic Aspect” in 2002, and in 2017 she defended her dissertation “Linguistic and Cultural Content of the 'Zhynka' Magazine” for the degree of Doctor of Philology.
In addition, Myroslava is the author of about sixty scientific articles. She is a valid member of the scientific organization “Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation” and an examiner of the National Commission for State Language Standards.
