Description of the field of scientific research:

The main field of scientific interest is the sustainable development of local communities, particularly social and economic components.

List of duties:

Natalia is conducting research focused on theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of the self-sufficiency of local communities and their development through the activation of internal resources. Much attention is also paid to the management system of territorial communities, the study of the problems of its organization, and the relationships between the main subjects.

Professional experience:

Natalia has participated as an expert in many international projects related to community development (DESPRO, SOCODEVI, FAO, DOBRE, etc.) and projects financed from Ukraine's state budget (Ministry of Culture of Ukraine).
