Maxim’s research interests encompass soil organic matter and humic substances, particularly their extraction and molecular fractionation. He studies the self-organisation of supramolecular structures of humic substances, the compositional structure of humus at the nanoscale, and the bioactivity of nanoparticles and supramolecular structures.
Maxim is a Researcher at the Laboratory of Organic Fertilisers and Humus of the National Scientific Center “O. N. Sokolovsky Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry”. His work focuses on developing physicochemical methods for investigating and analysing organic matter and humic substances in agricultural soils of Ukraine. He is also involved in reviewing educational and research programmes at the Institute and in teaching activities.
Since 2023 — Researcher, Laboratory of Organic Fertilisers and Humus, National Scientific Center “O. N. Sokolovsky Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry”.
Since 2023 — Scientific Reviewer of educational and research programmes at the O. N. Sokolovsky Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry.
