Description of the field of scientific research:

Iryna studies the essence of intellectual potential capitalization, the methodology for assessing intellectual potential capitalization, and territorial and sectoral differentiation of wages by education. She also examines employment development by the criteria of decent work, the impact of student migration on intellectual potential, and tools for attracting and retaining employees. In addition, Iryna is interested in intellectual potential as a factor in the development of the IT market, the economics of cryptocurrency mining, and measuring the solvency of the population. She also studies the competitiveness of bakery enterprises, increasing the profitability of construction companies, economic mechanisms for the development of higher education, measurement and tools for increasing resource productivity at different levels of management, analysis of inflation expectations of economic agents and the efficiency of the transmission mechanism and inflation targeting.

List of duties:

Iryna's research interests lie in studying the theoretical foundations of capitalization of the intellectual potential of the population and their practical application for economic growth and competitiveness, Ukrainian recovery and European integration.

Professional experience:

From 2001 to 2002, Iryna worked as a research intern at the Department of Human Resources and Entrepreneurship at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering. From 2002 to 2005, she was a graduate student in the same department; from 2003 to 2007, she was an assistant. From 2007 to 2008, Iryna was a senior lecturer; from 2008 to the present, she worked as an associate professor. Also, since 2017, she has been the head of the Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and Macroeconomics" at the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

From 2014 to 2017, Iryna was engaged in research work on "Mechanisms for the development of the socio-economic system in the context of European integration," in 2018, Iryna developed a methodology and conducted a sociological study of the development of small and medium-sized businesses. In the same year, Iryna participated in the forum "Regulatory Policy and Promotion of Small and Medium Business Development."

From 2018 to 2019, Iryna participated in the implementation of the project on the performance of institutional reform in the water sector, cooperating with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and from 2018 to 2021, Iryna was engaged in research work on "Mechanisms for regulating the quality of life in the face of national security challenges" and "Regulation of social and labor relations and stimulation of the economic activity of the population in Ukraine."

In addition, Iryna was a reviewer of scientific publications in Scopus-indexed journals and is a member of a one-time specialized academic council with the right to accept for consideration and conduct a one-time defense of a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
