PhD, researcher in the field of sociolinguistics. Her main topics and research interests include the language situation and language policy in Ukraine, children's bilingualism and multilingualism, and the integration of migrants through education. As a senior researcher, she participated in a project to study the early stages of bilingualism in Ukrainian children in Polish kindergartens (2022-2023).
Her research interests include the linguistic situation in Ukraine, bilingualism and multilingualism in children, early bilingualism, migrant integration, language policy, language planning, minority languages, language rights, linguistic landscape and visual communication, ethnolinguistics and linguistic diversity, and automatic translation and artificial intelligence in linguistics.
From 2009 to 2012, Olga was a postgraduate student at the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy," and from 2015 to 2016, she was a senior lecturer at the National Aviation University. From 2015 to 2020, she was the CEO of Perfect Design Company. In 2018, she also started working as a senior lecturer at the "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy."
In addition, in 2020-2022, she was a member of the National Commission for State Language Standards, 2021-2022 – Associate Professor of the Ukrainian Language Department, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, 2022 – Researcher at the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, 2023-2024 – Head of Public Relations, Ukrainian Book Institute
2024 – Head of the Sector for Coordination of Advocacy Projects, Alliance of Ukrainian Civil Society Organizations "2023 – Member of the Board, Foundation for Intercultural Initiatives.
