Description of the field of scientific research:

Konstantin researches state tax policy, tax system, tax administration, economic growth, and social development.

List of duties:

Konstantin is a member of the scientific council of the Taxpayers Association of Ukraine. He researches the excise policy of taxation of tobacco products. He also worked on the concept of pension reform in Ukraine.

Professional experience:

In 2001, Konstantin defended his candidate dissertation on the topic "Analysis of the Multicurrency Securities Portfolio of a Commercial Bank," in 2010, his doctoral thesis on "Modernization of the Income Taxation System of the Ukrainian Population."

Konstantin has been involved in scientific and pedagogical activities for over 20 years. He is currently a professor at the Department of Fiscal Administration.

Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of the Association of Taxpayers of Ukraine and the editorial board of the publication "Economic Bulletin. Series: Finance, Accounting, Taxation."
