Description of the field of scientific research:

Tetiana researches modern management trends, open innovation, intellectual property management, technology transfer, formation and strengthening of business competitiveness, and sustainable development management.

List of duties:

Tetiana is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. She teaches such disciplines as Management, Innovation Management, Intellectual Property Management, Competitiveness Management, Sustainability Management.

Professional experience:

Since 2009, Tetiana has been an Associate Professor of the Department of Management at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. From 2018-2022, she was Deputy Head of the Department for Research, and from 2020 to 2023, she was the Guarantor of the Master's Degree Program in Business Organization Management.

Also, since 2019, Tetiana has been an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, and since 2020 - a member of the Audit Committee of the NGO "Club of Economists". In addition, in 2022-2023, Tetiana participated in international ERASMUS+ projects.
