Development of high-gradient accelerators of charged particles based on the excitation of intense electromagnetic fields in plasma and dielectric structures by high-current electron clots or a powerful laser pulse
The aim of the project is the theoretical and experimental development of accelerators of subrelativistic and relativistic electron and positron clots with a high acceleration gradient, based on the excitation of electromagnetic fields with high amplitude in dielectric structures or plasma by electron clots with a large charge and high-power laser pulses instead of using traditional ultra-high-frequency generators (klystrons), as well as studying the dynamics of the main parameters of accelerating clusters (mean kinetic energy, root mean square spread in kinetic energy, root mean square transverse size, and normalized transverse emittance).
