Svitlana’s research interests encompass industrial development, industrial policy, technology diffusion across sectors, scientific and technological development, and the creation of technical solutions for business. Her work also lies at the intersection of international economics, technology transfer, and applied economic research.

Svitlana is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economic Relations at Sumy State University. Her work combines teaching, academic research, and management of international educational projects. She focuses on industrial development, technology diffusion, and scientific and technical innovation and leads the Ukrainian component of Erasmus+ projects dedicated to digitally enhanced education, democratic culture, and resilience of higher education systems.
