Description of the field of scientific research:

Victimization of the individual, in particular as a result of internal displacement, peculiarities of social and psychological work with the affected population.

List of duties:

Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Political Science and Socio-Cultural Technologies at Sumy State University. Her main interest is the integration of internally displaced persons in Ukraine. This unique phenomenon of mass displacement and the need to devictimize internally displaced persons is a highly relevant theoretical and practical issue. In addition to teaching, she is the project manager of the “Uniting for Action” project and, as part of the “Stabilization Support Services” Charitable Foundation, supports the Councils of Internally Displaced Persons in different regions of Ukraine.

Professional experience:

From 2008 to 2009, she worked as a specialist in the first category of the Department for Coordination of Higher Education and Vocational Training Institutions of the Department of Education and Science of the Sumy Regional State Administration.

From 2009 to 2016, she worked as a psychologist at a higher education institution and as a senior lecturer at the Sumy branch of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

In 2016-2017, she was a certified trainer for advanced training of patrol police officers in Sumy, criminal investigation officers, and traffic inspectors in Sumy, Luhansk, and Kropyvnytskyi regions (USAID-supported project).

Since 2017, she has been a senior lecturer at Sumy State University's Department of Psychology, Political Science, and Socio-Cultural Technologies.

Since 2017, she has been an analyst at the Center for Social Research at Sumy State University.

In 2020, she was a researcher and trainer at the Women's Voice Matters Program for Peace and Dialogue for Internally Displaced Women, supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

Since 2020, she has been a member of the Organization of Political Psychology of Ukraine.

Since 2022, she has worked as a child protection specialist at Stabilization Support Services.
