Description of the field of scientific research:

Nataliia's research interests encompass strategic management of socio-economic and infrastructure systems, resilience of critical and energy infrastructure, national security, sustainable development, and the green transformation of the economy. Her work also focuses on digital transformation and the digitalisation of management processes, logistics systems and supply chains, transformation of the agricultural sector, and innovative approaches to customer relationship management and customer-oriented governance.

List of duties:

Nataliia is a Senior Researcher in the Industrial Policy and Innovative Development Sector of the Department of Industrial Policy and Energy Security at the Research Centre for Industrial Problems of Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Her work focuses on strategic management, infrastructure development, and resilience. She pays particular attention to critical infrastructure, energy security, digital transformation, sustainable development, and mechanisms for strengthening the resilience of territories and communities to contemporary challenges and threats. Her activities also include teaching, book writing, public speaking, and project management.
