Tetiana’s research interests encompass sustainable tourism and resort management, community and regional economics, strategic planning, and project management. She also focuses on rural development through the activation of economic activity in hospitality, including the creation of employment opportunities for veterans, internally displaced persons, young people, and women. Other areas of interest include the preservation and development of social capital and the promotion of natural, historical, and cultural heritage through integrated tourism products, culture, and creative industries.
Tetiana is an Associate Professor at the Department of Regional Studies and Tourism at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. She combines teaching with applied research and expert work in sustainable tourism development, strategic planning, project management, and community development. She also contributes to international technical assistance programmes, advises communities and regions on tourism development, and participates in projects focused on preserving and promoting natural and cultural heritage.

Since 2005 — Head of the Financial Planning Department, State Department for Adaptation of Legislation of Ukraine, Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Since 2007 — Chair of the Board and President, All-Ukrainian Federation of Employers in the Tourism Sector of Ukraine.
Since 2016 — Deputy Chair of the Expert Council on Tourism and Resorts under the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Family, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism.
Since 2017 — Member of the Coordination Council on Tourism and Resorts under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Since 2017 — Expert Consultant for international support programmes and projects in Ukraine, including U-LEAD with Europe, USAID, GIZ, UCORD, and UNDP, in strategic planning, project management, sustainable tourism management, and preservation and promotion of natural and cultural heritage.
Since 2018 — Member of the EU–Ukraine Civil Society Platform and Coordinator of Working Group 3 on economic cooperation, free trade, and cross-border cooperation.
Since 2018 — Senior Sector Policy Expert, EU project Support to the Implementation of the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement (Association4U).
Since 2020 — Associate Professor, Department of Regional Studies and Tourism, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.
