Description of the field of scientific research:
Bohdan's research interests encompass European Union law, Ukraine’s European integration, and the EU accession negotiation process. His work also focuses on constitutional and legislative changes related to Ukraine’s future EU membership, the rule of law, fundamental rights, EU institutional law, competition law, and State aid. Further areas of interest include the EU internal market, external relations and common commercial policy, EU sanctions law, approximation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis, and the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
List of duties:
Bohdan is an Associate Professor at the Department of European Law of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His work combines teaching, academic research, and expert activities in European Union law. He also provides expert advice to public authorities and think tanks on European integration, Ukraine’s EU accession negotiations, and legislative alignment with the EU acquis.

2023–2024 — State Expert and Head of the Expert Group on European Integration and Policy Coordination, Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
