Dmytro's research focuses on disinformation and propaganda, disinformation resilience, social media communication, political communication, and government relations.
Dmytro works as an associate professor at the Kyiv School of Economics and part-time at Vytautas Magnus University and Vilnius University. He teaches courses in political communication and researches issues of resilience to disinformation and propaganda.
From February 2014 to March 2015, Dmytro held the position of Head of the International Department of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
From 2016-2017, he worked at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as Head of International Communications and Analytics, and from 2017 to 2022 as Director of the Public Finance Management Program and Program Manager of the Department of Public Governance at the Kyiv School of Economics.
From October 2019 to August 2023, he was a lecturer at the Kyiv School of Economics, Faculty of Master's Social and Humanitarian Studies.
From February 2023 to the present, Dmytro has been teaching at Vytautas Magnus University. Since September of the same year, he has been an associate professor at the Faculty of Master's Social and Humanitarian Studies at the Kyiv School of Economics.
In addition, Dmytro has been a member of the Expert Council at the State Statistics Service of Ukraine since 2019. Until 2021, he was a Civil Service Personnel Management member at the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service.
