Vasyliv Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve "Sadiba Popov"
The communal institution "Vasyliv Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve, "Sadiba Popov" of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council was founded in 1993. The object includes two historical monuments: "Popov Manor House" of the XIX century (No. 1128 according to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council of Workers' Deputies "On Approval of the Lists of Monuments of Local Importance" No. 55 of February 10, 1971) and "The Landowner's Estate" of the Late XVIII — Early XX Centuries (No. 3966 according to the order of the Representative of the President of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia Region No. 150 of July 2, 1992).
The area of the museum territory is protected and amounts to 28700 square meters. The museum's exhibition halls are located on the municipal institution's territory, on the North Wing's premises. The museum collection includes 6,736 items from the central fund and 6,768 from the scientific and auxiliary fund.
As a result of rocket fire from the Russian Federation troops, the buildings (monuments) of the institution were damaged. A direct missile hit partially destroyed the tower of the Manege Stables. Shock waves and secondary damage factors damaged some elements of the architectural decoration. Shell fragments destroyed the roof of each building. Windows and doors were smashed. Some landscaping elements (paths, flower beds) were damaged.
In March-May 2022, the administrative building of the institution was robbed. The Russian military and representatives of the occupation authorities seized office equipment and office furniture.
