Basic information:
UCSE regularly organises seminars, webinars, and congresses for its members to discuss issues in the following areas: preparation and presentation of scientific publications; research and publication ethics; characteristics of multidisciplinary and specialised databases and their indexing criteria; English for academic and scientific purposes; graphic design and the use of various computer technologies; data digitisation and open access; social media for scientific purposes; traditional and alternative metrics; and international editorial guidelines, statements, and declarations.
All of these topics will also be among the priorities of the UCSE journal, which aims to publish a wide range of original research articles, literature reviews, expert opinions, and informational materials.

The Society’s core activities include organising specialised seminars, conferences, events, and other professional activities; sharing information among its members about professional development opportunities; and international cooperation, including communication with organisations abroad and the exchange of experience and best practices.
Which collaboration would be the most interesting/priority?
A priority for the Society would be cooperation with international organisations of a similar profile, particularly to involve them in organising seminars and round-table discussions aimed at sharing expertise, transferring knowledge, and exchanging professional experience.
