Description of the field of scientific research:

Iulia's areas of interest include food safety and quality, expert examination of goods and services, commodity science, product identification, and consumer protection. She promotes Ukrainian science through contacts and joint research with international partners.

List of duties:

Iuliia is engaged in developing food products for military personnel, patients (enteral nutrition), and food products for people with increased physical and psycho-emotional stress, and also research the issues of technical regulation, consumer protection, and comparative testing of goods and services.

She is a professor at the Department of Safety and Quality Management at the State University of Trade and Economics.

Professional experience:

Since 2005, Yulia has been a member of the Ukrainian Society of Merchandisers and Technologists. Since 2009, she has been the curator of the All-Ukrainian movement "Youth for Consumer Rights." Since 2011, she has been a member of the board of the All-Ukrainian Consumer Federation "PULSE," which is a member of the International Consumer Organization, Consumer International. And since 2019, she has been a member of the specialized tasting commission "Ukrkonditer."
