Nataliia Polikhun heads the Department for Giftedness Support at the Institute of Gifted Child of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. She leads research on the education and development of gifted students, pedagogical support for their research activities, science education, and STEM/STEAM education.

Nataliia is Head of the Department for Giftedness Support at the Institute of Gifted Child of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. She leads research on gifted education, pedagogical support for student research, science education, and STEM/STEAM education. 

Professional experience:

2007 — Received the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree.

Since 2008 — Leading Researcher and Head of Department, Institute of Gifted Child of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.

2012 — Received the academic title of Senior Researcher.

Since 2016 — Member of the working group on the implementation of STEM education in Ukraine.
