Description of the field of scientific research:

The system of professional training and development of social workers in developed countries; preservation of academic potential in the higher education system; development of an inclusive educational environment in higher education institutions.

List of duties:

Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work and Inclusive Education at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. She is interested in several areas in the context of professional activity, in particular, the system of professional training and development of social workers in developed countries, the preservation of academic potential in the higher education system, as well as the development of an inclusive educational environment in higher education institutions.

Professional experience:

Since 2022, she has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work and Inclusive Education at Berdiansk State Pedagogical University and the Deputy Dean for scientific and International Activities at BSPU since 2019.

Previously, from 2018 to 2022, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Work and Inclusive Education. From 2016 to 2018, she was an assistant at the Department of Social Work and Inclusive Education. From 2015 to 2018 - I was a postgraduate student at the Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. From 2014 to 2015, she held the position of Junior Researcher at the Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.

Since 2021, she has also been a member of the Center for Ukrainian and European Scientific Cooperation, the University of Leadership and Innovation, and the editorial board of the UNESCO Chair's journal Continuing Professional Education in the 21st Century.

In addition, since 2022, she has been an expert in the annual competitive selection of projects, basic and applied research, scientific, technical and experimental developments with the participation of higher education institutions and scientific institutions that belong to the management of the Ministry of Education and Science, since 2023 - an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in the specialty 231 Social Work, and since 2024 - a member of the editorial board of the journal Scientific Notes of BSPU—series: Pedagogical Sciences (Category B) (Berdiansk State Pedagogical University).

Scientific projects:

  • Design of an inclusive educational environment of a higher education institution

    Based on the analysis of scientific literature and the best foreign and Ukrainian inclusive practices, to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test an accessible and effective design of an inclusive educational environment of a higher education institution through the testing of a roadmap for the implementation of its educational, organizational, psychological, pedagogical and social rehabilitation components.

  • A system of distance and blended profiled training of future nanoengineers for the development of new dual-purpose nanomaterials

    The project is aimed at solving the urgent problem of training specialists in the field of nanomaterials science capable of producing dual-use and military materials in a mixed, distance format using synchronous and asynchronous learning technologies.

  • Ukrainian Universities in the New Realities: The Impact of the War and Mechanisms for Preserving the Scientific and Human Resources Potential of High-Tech Specialists

    The project is aimed at solving the urgent problem of preserving the scientific and human resources potential of training specialists in high-tech industries. Based on the results of the study, it is planned to develop a concept for preserving the scientific and human resources potential of training specialists in high-tech industries in the new realities through the awareness of the impact of the war on higher education in Ukraine and the development of effective mechanisms to overcome the socio-psychological, economic, and social challenges faced by teachers and students of Ukrainian universities.
