Olha is Head of the Sector for Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting at the Research Centre for Industrial Problems of Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. She is also a Professor at the Department of Economic Cybernetics at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and a UNIDO National Expert on inclusive and sustainable industrial development. Within the Green Industrial Recovery through Municipality-Based Development in Ukraine programme, she analyses municipal capacity and develops recommendations for restoring public services in war-affected communities. She also leads the international SICRS network focused on community resilience and recovery.
