She has two areas of scientific interest, respectively, studying modern birds (family Corvidae) and, in addition, monitoring rare species of animals. She also learns archaeozoological materials, thanks to which she reconstructs paleoclimatic and paleoecological conditions, animal habitats, and their changes, as well as, together with archaeologists, human economic activities in the historical past.
