Serhii Kunytskyi is a Leading Researcher at the Research Department of the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering.

He specialises in water supply and wastewater management. His work encompasses scientific research, research project evaluation, organisational activities, and the development of support mechanisms for early-career researchers.

Serhii Kunytskyi contributed to drafting the Regulations on the Heavenly Hundred Heroes Scholarship and the methodology for evaluating scholarship applicants. He was also a member of a working group that prepared proposals and recommendations for assessing applicants for scholarships awarded by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

He served on the organising committees of the first and second All-Ukrainian Forums of Councils of Young Scientists. He also contributed to developing a model programme for territorial and regional support of scientific and technological development.

He is an expert of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine involved in evaluating fundamental and applied research projects and research and development initiatives.

M. Krasovitsky Department of Luminescent Materials and Dyes.

Her research focuses on organic and bioorganic chemistry, particularly the synthesis and investigation of fluorescent dyes and luminescent materials for diagnostic and biomedical applications, including photodynamic therapy, biomarking, and analytical systems.

She also manages research projects and contributes to the development of research infrastructure within the NRFU-funded SupraKha project. She is actively involved in international cooperation and science communication, serving as Science Communication Coordinator of COST Action EU4MOFs and as a Senior Expert in the Erasmus+ BOOSTSCIENCE project.

Olesia is also a member of the Coordination Council and Head of the Secretariat of the Pharmaceutical Cluster of the Kharkiv Region, which aims to consolidate the region’s scientific, educational, and industrial capacities for the development of the pharmaceutical sector. She also has experience in university teaching.

Sergii is Director of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.

His professional and research activities focus on veterinary medicine, particularly metabolic, infectious, and non-infectious diseases in animals, as well as biosafety, antimicrobial resistance, and veterinary and sanitary assessment of animal-derived products.

Myroslava is an Associate Professor at the Department of Air Navigation, Meteorology and Air Traffic Management at the Ukrainian State Flight Academy.

Her work combines teaching and research in air navigation and the functional stability of navigation systems, as well as the integration of research findings into educational practice.

In 2021, she was elected Chair of the Council of Young Scientists of the Ukrainian State Flight Academy and was re-elected in 2024.

In 2025, she became a member of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and was appointed Deputy Chair responsible for security-related issues. She also coordinates a working group supporting young scientists who are military service members and veterans.
