Oleksandr researches electronic spectroscopy of biologically active compounds, absorption and fluorescence spectra, and fluorescence analysis of substances, chemiluminescence, and flavonoids. In addition, Oleksandr is interested in phototautomerization reactions and the complexation of organic compounds in the excited state.

Halyna is the head of the Department of Human Resources and Entrepreneurship and has over 20 years of professional experience in relevant case studies of human capital reproduction at various levels. In this area of research interests, research and applied projects are being implemented, some in partnership with foreign partners and authorities. She is most interested in research topics related to preserving Ukraine's human resources, re-emigration, talent development and retention, and ensuring social comfort in the living and working environment. Halyna constantly looks for new opportunities for the team of researchers with whom she collaborates in these areas to publish their ideas in international publications, prepare new grant applications, etc. Halyna is also interested in the area of change management in the business environment of enterprises, given the current transformation processes and security challenges that have changed the business environment, not only in Ukraine. She plans to develop this area of her research.
